Fractional comparision between 2 parties are taught in P4 after they become familiar with multiples such as twice, thrice, 4 times and 5 times, etc.
Instead of

the same sentence could now be expressed as
Beth has 1/2 as much as Alan
With this in problem sums, students must be able to draw model to express the comparison between 2 parties.
